If you are installing ViewNow InterDrive Client on Windows 2000 Professional, you must contact Microsoft Corporation at 800.936.4900 and request hot fix number QA 269443. ViewNow InterDrive Client Installation 1. Download and save the self-extracting file. 2. After downloading the appropriate file, open Windows Explorer to the directory to where you saved the self-extracting file. 3. Select the self-extracting file and double-click to extract the file. 4. Browse to the location where you extracted the ViewNow InterDrive Client 7.1 files. 5. Select setup.exe and double-click to begin the installation process. Note: If you are installing on Windows 95/98/NT, you might be prompted that some additional files need to be installed. Select OK to install the Microsoft MSI (Microsoft Software Installer). After this you will need to reboot. The ViewNow InterDrive Client install should continue; if not double-click the setup.exe file and begin the process again. 6. At the "Product Selection/License Key" window you do not need to enter a key. Select ViewNow InterDrive Client 7.1 and click Next. You will be asked if you would like to re-enter a license key, select No. 7. ViewNow InterDrive Client 7.0 will be installed for a 30-day evaluation. Once the install is completed you can delete the temp folder and the InterDrive_7.1.exe file.
